Bartolini Air is an aviation academy based in Łódź, operating for nearly 20 years. Compared to many similar institutions in Poland and worldwide, the Łódź-based company focuses on training airline pilots in the “From Zero to Hero” programme. Their position in the market is confirmed by their collaboration with Ryanair – the largest airline in Europe – through which Bartolini Air offers the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy training as one of only six centres across Europe.
Challenge
Raising the level of social media management, reaching new audiences, and promoting the evolving aviation training offer.









Activities
Graphic Designs: We created a new theme that refreshed the existing image of Bartolini Air. The starting point was the contrails left by aircraft in the sky, which gave the entire graphic composition a sense of lightness. This theme was gradually adapted beyond social media, also appearing in Bartolini Air’s promotional materials.
Social Media: After a detailed analysis of Bartolini Air’s past activities, an interview with the client, and a deeper understanding of the aviation training industry, we developed the brand communication plan. We are effectively expanding it and continuously updating it according to the client’s current needs. Together, we have crafted the ideal brand tone, which resonates with both younger audiences – future students – and seasoned professionals.
Paid Ads: The key product of Bartolini Air is the Ab Initio flight training – from zero to hero. Given its high cost, it is crucial to move potential students down the marketing funnel. In this process, free webinars play a significant role, allowing participants to learn about the training details. Our task was to create a paid campaign on social media tailored to each webinar. We are currently working on further marketing projects, including a landing page and a lead magnet.
Results
Thanks to our support, Bartolini Air’s social media profiles have seen consistent growth, and the webinars have achieved record results. Undoubtedly, this contributes to Bartolini Air’s development as a leader in aviation training in Central and Eastern Europe and opens up new areas of business.
